The dental problem

Front teeth are the most prominent when smiling. For this patient, the appearance of his front teeth wasa point of unhappiness. Wear and tear caused chips to form along the edges;an unwanted gap had developed; a composite filling had become discoloured and a damaged crown was impacting how atheistically pleasing he found his smile.

What we did

To restore our patients smile we used a combination of composite filling restorations and fitted a new ceramic crown. The worn and chipped edges were restored with dental composite. This treatment method also closed the gap between the front teeth.

The result

A combination of restorative and cosmetic dental techniques allowed us to treat the front teeth effectively.
This resulted in better symmetry along the front teeth and the patient finding his smile aesthetically pleasing.
